These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Global Reach US ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our services

Global Reach US provides a multilingual, multi-market inbound phone-answering service, including 24/7 answering of incoming calls across time zones, responding to callers in their own language, qualifying and capturing caller details, booking and routing callers to the appropriate team, and handing off to a human or local team when needed. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate agreement or order between us and the client. These Terms govern general use of this website; a signed service agreement, where one exists, controls the paid services.

Standard AI Phone Agent subscription

The standard AI Phone Agent subscription is $249 per month, month to month, with no setup or onboarding fee. Each monthly billing period includes 500 inbound minutes and 500 SMS. Usage above those allowances is billed at $0.15 per additional minute and $0.03 per additional SMS. The hosted checkout linked from our How It Works page provides a direct purchase path; you may also contact us before purchasing.

To begin, provide your business information and guidance on how calls should be handled. A sales agent helps establish the initial call flow. Later changes can be made in the platform, and support is available for additional assistance.

Cancel before the end of the current billing period to prevent renewal for the next period. Phone service remains available through the paid period; overage charges already incurred remain due. Refunds for prepaid monthly phone service are considered case by case.

2. Use of our website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this site by others. In particular, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the site's operation;
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or overload the site; or
• Use the site to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content.

3. Contact submissions

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. We will use your submission as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Text-message consent

Where a form presents a separate, voluntary text-message consent checkbox, checking that box and providing a mobile number is your express written consent for Global Reach US to send recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages to that number. The consent applies only to Global Reach US.

Consent is not required to make a purchase, receive services, or submit an inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You may withdraw consent by replying STOP to a text message, reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. We will honor valid revocation requests as required by applicable law. Providing a mobile number without checking the separate consent box does not authorize marketing texts.

The form submission and associated consent record are intended to document your selection. Additional service-specific terms may apply if you enroll in a separate messaging program.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Global Reach US and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission, except for your own internal, non-commercial reference.

6. Third-party links & services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services (such as our careers site and analytics providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. No warranties

Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Any performance descriptions on this site, including references to language coverage or availability, reflect our service goals and are not guarantees of specific results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Reach US and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Reach US from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Global Reach US operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
